**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Assist residents with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Support residents in daily activities, including meal preparation and medication reminders.
- Help implement individual care plans tailored to each persons needs.
- Maintain accurate records of patient progress and report any changes to the healthcare team.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
- Drive to various locations as needed for home care visits (if applicable).
- Ensure a clean and safe environment by adhering to health and safety protocols.

**Skills**
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with the people we support and colleagues.
- Experience in a care home or home care setting is highly desirable.
- Ability to understand and implement care plans accurately.
- Basic IT skills for maintaining records and documentation.
- Compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help others.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

This is a post for casual work, zero hour contract

Pay: £12.43 per hour
