Sales Support / Scheduler
Location : Wednesbury
Salary up to £21k (Depending on experience)
We are recruiting for a sales administrator to support a sales support team; in this varied and exciting role you will be offering your experience and high levels of customer service ensuring our clients get the service they deserve at all times, maintaininga positive relationship for future business. This is a wonderful opportunity to join a small family ran business who are growing each year.
**Roles and responsibilities**:

- Build good working relationships with clients
- Provide and manage good customer service with clients and customers
- Record well detailed accurate information when logging jobs
- Raising quotations
- Raising Purchase orders
- Managing and producing Work in Progress reports
- Allocating engineers
- Arranging returns of faulty parts
- Cover other team members when required
- Dealing with general queries
- Chasing outstanding repairs with Sub contractors
- Policing/checking Planned Preventative Maintenance documentation
- A good eye for detail
- Excellent verbal skills
- Work on their own initiative while working well as a team
- Computer literate
- Good communication skills
- Customer service focused

In return the company will provide a competitive salary, a 40 Hour week (with 30 Minute lunch)
Monday 8.00am - 5.00pm
Tues, Wed, Thurs 8.30 - 5.00pm
Friday 8.30am - 4.30pm
