The Campaign Officers will work across all areas of the campaign, providing support on the delivery of core activities. The roles involve supporting the day-to-day management of one of our Energy programmes. Alongside this, the roles involve close working relationships with functional teams across Climate Group as well as colleagues from our international offices and partner organisations across key markets.

**About the role**:
We are recruiting two Campaign Officer roles that will sit within Climate Groups growing Energy System team. Each role will support one of its programmes (RE100 and 24/7) in the day-to-day delivery and smooth operation of the programmes systems and processes. These cross-cutting roles involve working across and supporting all areas of the programme team in delivering its core activities. Key responsibilities also include liaising with key internal and external stakeholders.
RE100 is the global corporate renewable energy initiative bringing together over 400 large and ambitious businesses committed to 100% renewable electricity. Its mission is to accelerate change towards zero carbon grids globally by 2040. To do so, it uses the corporate demand signal of its membership base in order to address market and policy barriers in challenging geographies, to enable companies to source 100% renewable electricity for all of their global operations.
Building on the success of RE100, 24/7 is the newest part of our Energy system work. The officer supporting this programme will assist with the development of our new campaign to support an energy system that functions on 100% carbon free grids on a 24/7 basis, together with supporting the Director of Energy with core operations and growth of our broader Energy System team.
**Key responsibilities will include**:
**Supporting Campaign Management**
- Updating & developing core documents to support the day-to-day delivery of an Energy system programme
- Providing administrative and logístical support across the team, and for internal and external meetings, including the senior governance bodies.
- Keeping task monitoring systems and activities up to date
- Monitoring the programmes use of key systems including Salesforce and ensuring data is kept up to date
- Supporting work on legal agreements and coordinating sign off
- Tracking the programmes successes and helping communicate with stakeholders
- Assist in managing relationships with key programme partners and defining ways-of-working
**Cross-functional Support**
- Support in implementing the programmes strategy and driving continuous improvement in activities
- Helping drive stakeholder engagement and content management
- Contribute to the development and delivery of policy and programme activities, in collaboration with partners and stakeholders
- Planning and developing content for a range of global conferences and events
- Supporting Climate Groups Communications team in proactive media monitoring
- Providing support to wider programme activities where needed
**Knowledge Development**
- Build renewable energy knowledge and knowledge on corporate climate action with view to developing expertise

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with proven ability to effectively work with multiple stakeholders internally and externally across a range of cultural contexts
