With Active Reality, we achieve full immersion We use advanced technology and sensors in an ‘arena’ that allows you to move around as you would in ‘real life’. All experiences are multiplayer, so you and friends are in the same physical and virtual worlds. You are able to see your friends' avatars. You can all run, walk, jump and even 'high five' all in the virtual world. You become fully immersed and totally forget about the ‘outside world’, it is truly mind blowing

**About Us**:
ActiveReality (AR) are the pioneers of active location-based Virtual Reality (VR) and Virtual Reality eSports leagues.

Active Reality is a fully immersive VR experience. Players enter the AR Arena, where your body is your only controller. You are transported to a huge virtual world where you can play, compete, run, jump and even 'high five'.

We are just starting on our journey, but are already present in three of the UK’s largest Leisure Centre operators and also piloting with major holiday sites in the South-West.

As a Games Master, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the whole customer experience is taken care of. From setting up new sites, looking after our tech in venues and working as a customer rep.

In addition, you will have the opportunity to get involved in our Marketing & Promotional activity.

**The key responsibilities include**:

- Ensuring every customer has the best experience, and goes home raving to their friends.
- Bringing energy and quick thinking problems solving every session
- Setting up new games rooms
- Managing our existing games rooms, ensuring that Virtual Reality rooms are ready for our customers - equipment is working, the room is clean & up to our high COVID standards
- Interacting with our customers, making sure everything is taken care of, training them on how to use the equipment
- Managing any customer issues in a professional and timely manner
- Interacting with our partners (venue owners) ensuring we have a strong relationship. Making sure that any issues are quickly resolved, offering training & support to their staff
- Supporting our Marketing & promotional activity
- Testing new gaming hardware & software
- Acting as the first point of technical support between our suppliers, venues and customers

**Key skills**:

- Proven experience in providing a great customer experience
- Experience with IT and an ability to quickly learn about new hardware and software
- Interest, or preferably a passion for gaming
- Some experience in marketing or promotional activity (experience with Digital Marketing or CRM a bonus)
