Care First 24 are currently seeking complex carer staff who can access Carlisle area on a new package of care. We are offering market leading pay rates and are looking to build a supportive care team to work with this adult service user who requires complex care. You will be supported by our inhouse Adult Nurse Clinical Lead as well as experienced Adult Care Coordinator in delivering a solid care experience for the adult service user requiring complex care and families involved.
Care First 24 are a complex care provider for both physical and mental health needs across the UK and support those with PHB’s, CHC funded, case management as well as private clients. We work with all age and all types of care, and we understand that healthcare can bring with it a lot of emotions, and many of our clients are going through some of the most trying times of their lives. We provide kind, compassionate, and patient support that ensure the client feels comfortable and safe in our care. We will provide tailored care and support. In high-pressure situations, we strive to be a calming force that can make a positive difference.

**Requirements**:
- Support with ADLs and promote independence
- Tracheostomy Management (including tracheal suction and tube replacement)
- Support and assistance with nutritional and hydration requirements
- Able to dynamically risk assess and manage risk appropriately
- Support a personalised patient-centred care plan
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
**Salary**: £14.00-£16.00 per hour
