**Summary**

As an apprentice you will gain experience and knowledge directly from the Head of People to further your HR career and assist to complete the Level 3 apprenticeship. We are offering a role to a willing individual to work in a HR generalist position and work on a HR system, learning platform and get involved in everything HR related and more.

**Duties**
- Prepare offer letters and contracts of employment
- Welcome new starters with onboarding and exit leavers with exit interviews
- Update and maintain the HR system
- Prepare authority forms for increases, new positions and inform employee of the outcome
- Maintain a HR ticket system and assist in answering employee queries
- General administration

**Qualifications**

GCSE in:

- English (grade 4 or above)
- Maths (grade 4 or above)
