About our client We are partnering with a leading European private investment firm to hire an Investment Manager for its London-based private credit team, which manages approximately $11bn in assets. This is an excellent opportunity for a mid-level investment professional to gain hands-on experience across direct lending and bespoke credit solutions, typically deploying tickets of €30-400m to Western European mid-market businesses, within a highly regarded and long-term focused platform. What the job involves Assess new investment opportunities, review due diligence, and conduct credit analysis Build operating and credit models to support investment decisions Assist with deal structuring, review documentation, and lead closing workstreams Monitor ongoing investments, prepare reports, and provide updates to stakeholders Maintain relationships with sponsors, advisers, management teams, and diligence providers Collaborate closely with the private credit team, investment committee, and other internal functions Who we are looking for Several years of leveraged finance experience (private credit fund, bank, or debt advisory/restructuring) Strong credit judgement, analytical skills, and financial modelling ability Experience with deal processes, legal documentation, and portfolio monitoring Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
