EXCLUSIVE: KYC / AML Associate – 1 Year Experience in KYC/AML REQUIRED £35K plus Bonus & Benefits Hybrid (London) Ref: 4162G Our Client, a growing international financial services organisation, is looking to appoint a Junior KYC / AML Officer to assist with all new client onboarding requirements and AML Transaction Monitoring for their expanding business. Reporting to the Compliance Manager, responsibilities will include; Conducting risk-based onboarding for customers and others, and complying with KYC requirements and firm policies while doing this. Performing ongoing periodic reviews of existing customers. Undertaking daily post-event and real-time transaction monitoring to detect unusual, suspicious, or fraudulent activity. Executing screening checks, including PEP, sanctions, and adverse media reviews. Investigating and analysing risk events and transactional anomalies, working with multiple data sources. Proactively identifying financial crime risks and recommending improvements to policies, procedures, and business practices. Reporting findings, progress, and potential non-compliance issues to management. Collaborating effectively with internal teams to meet review deadlines and support business initiatives and new product launches. Managing and maintaining regulatory records Ensuring adherence to all AML/KYC and data protection requirements. Handling ad hoc queries, risk investigations, and compliance projects that improve overall operational resilience. You should ideally be a Graduate with at least 1 years’ experience in KYC/AML in a financial services business.
