Take ownership of the automation pipeline across major clients, shaping how cutting-edge automation and AI technologies drive tangible business value. This role offers the opportunity to directly influence efficiency, innovation, and digital transformation on a scale.

• Blend Technical Innovation with Leadership Influence

Operate at the intersection of technology and strategy - working with RPA, AI/LLM, and orchestration platforms - while leading delivery teams and engaging senior stakeholders. You will combine hands-on understanding of emerging automation tools with the leadership autonomy to prioritize, plan, and deliver results.

Skills We Can't Do Without

• Strong project management and leadership skills with ability to coordinate cross-functional teams
• Knowledge of automation and AI tools and practices, including RPA (UiPath, Blue Prism, or Power Automate), Ansible, Azure Logic Apps, ServiceNow Orchestration, and LLM/AI modelling
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, able to work with technical and non-technical audiences and proven experience in managing automation projects or workstreams in an enterprise environment
