We are now offering an exciting opportunity for a 
Recruitment Coordinator
 to join our dedicated People team, supporting the full recruitment and onboarding cycle and ensuring first-class candidate and colleague experience. This role is central to the smooth running of our HR operations and plays a key part in safeguarding, compliance and our relationship-first culture.

You will work closely with the Recruiter, People Coordinator and hiring managers across our schools and Head Office, helping us identify, engage and welcome exceptional colleagues who are committed to transforming lives of pupils with ACEs, SEMH and associated SEND.

We welcome applicants with recruitment experience from both educational and non-educational settings who are motivated to work in a mission-driven therapeutic organisation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support end-to-end recruitment, from advertising to selection, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience.
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers and external partners (agencies, job boards, universities).
  • Maintain accurate data and workflows within the ATS (SAM People Recruit).
  • Ensure full compliance with safer recruitment, employment law, GDPR, RTW, DBS and reference requirements.
  • Coordinate onboarding processes, including welcome packs, IT setup and access requirements.
  • Work with schools and Head Office to deliver smooth, well-organised starts for new colleagues.
  • Support induction activities, including Welcome Days and Training Week logistics.
  • Assist with SCR accuracy and ensure all documentation is inspection-ready.
  • Contribute to direct recruitment campaigns and support the management of agency partners.
  • Provide flexible administrative support across the People Team as required.
