What Youll Do

  • Lead the operational delivery of housing services, ensuring high-quality, person-centred support for young people.
  • Manage the Pathways and Housing First projects, driving outcomes and reporting on performance.
  • Oversee tenancy management, health and safety compliance, and restorative approaches to challenges.
  • Inspire and develop a team of housing professionals, embedding trauma-informed practice and safeguarding excellence.
    Work closely with stakeholders, volunteers, and the wider community to create opportunities for growth and engagement.

What youll need to succeed

  • Proven experience in housing and tenancy management.
  • Strong leadership and line management skills.
  • Knowledge of safeguarding, risk assessment, and the issues facing homeless young people.
  • Excellent communication, budgeting, and project management abilities.
  • Resilience and the ability to remain calm and effective when dealing with challenging situations.
  • A commitment to YMCA values and a passion for making a difference.
