We are pleased to share an opportunity for someone to us as an Asset Data Manager. This job is working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday. This is a 6 Month Secondment opportunity. This role is working from our King Street office, in Norwich. The role comes with Agile Working.

As an Asset Data Manager, you will lead on data accuracy, transparency and integrity of compliance data held within the Asset Management Team and Asset Management Systems whilst also ensuring it is fit for purpose.

Coordinating and integrating work streams to the benefit of both compliance and asset data teams. You'll oversee the collation, interrogation and analysis of repairs and property performance data and lead on the delivery of bespoke data reports to a number of internal and external customers ensuring compliance planned programmes are appropriately influenced and Senior Management are informed of a transparent compliance position.

You will support the Head of Landlord Compliance and Head of Asset Investment with projects as required and provide effective line management of both Senior Compliance Coordinator and Senior Data Analyst.

Applications are welcomed for the role of Asset Data Manager from those with an understanding of the affordable housing sector with the ability to interpret, manipulate and analyse data from a variety of sources.

Able to use a range of IT systems and data packages including Microsoft and possessing strong organisation skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and work to deadlines under pressure. You'll hold experience in management or supervision and am a proven communicator.

You'll have previously worked in a customer facing environment and can lead, support, educate and develop teams across multiple locations. Holding a degree in Mathematics or Computer Science or having relevant experience Asset Management or Landlord compliance

qualification or equivalent experience.
