Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards across various facilities. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

Duties

  • Perform general cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
  • Ensure all areas are cleaned to a high standard including toilets and customer areas
  • Handle waste disposal and recycling in accordance with company policies.
  • Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
  • Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring they are used safely and effectively.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure satisfaction with cleaning services.
  • Drive to various locations as required for cleaning assignments.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in English to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
  • Previous experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not essential.
  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
  • Must be available to work weekend shifts
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • A valid driving licence is advantageous for travelling between locations.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to tasks.
  • Flexibility in working hours may be required based on client needs.
