Cleaning Operative - 2 hrs per week - One clean per week

Monday to Friday between 4-6pm, Saturday 1-4pm or Sunday 10am - 4pm - Candidate can pick.

Cleaning a showroom, dusting, emptying bins, hoovering, bathrooms and small kitchenette.

Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards across various premises, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for clients and staff alike. Responsibilities

  • Perform cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitising surfaces in designated areas
  • Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and to high standards of hygiene
  • Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, reporting any issues or shortages promptly
  • Follow health and safety guidelines to prevent accidents or contamination
  • Communicate effectively with team members and clients to address specific cleaning requirements or concerns
  • Assist with organising cleaning schedules and prioritising tasks based on client needs
  • Drive company vehicles when required to transport cleaning supplies or equipment between sites

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in cleaning or related roles is advantageous but not essential as training will be provided
  • Valid driving licence is preferred for roles involving vehicle use
  • Good command of English, both spoken and written, for effective communication
  • Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanour
  • Strong communication skills to coordinate with team members and clients effectively
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while adhering to safety protocols
  • Organised, reliable, and punctual with a keen eye for detail
