  • Collaborating with external clinical partners to maintain governance standards across third-party services.
  • Driving incident management and learning, holding operational teams accountable for investigations, root cause analysis, and follow-up actions.
  • Supporting complaints management, including investigation of complex cases and contributing to transparent, timely, and fair resolutions.
  • Leading the clinical audit and quality improvement programme, ensuring outcomes are actioned and continuous improvement is embedded.
  • Defining and maintaining clinical escalation processes, ensuring operational teams are trained, confident, and consistent in escalation practice.
  • Acting as the safeguarding lead, maintaining training, creating Safeguarding Champions, liaising with external authorities, and ensuring legal and regulatory compliance.
  • Ensuring regulatory compliance and inspection readiness, including mock inspections and CQC preparation.
  • Providing visible leadership and strategic guidance to Clinical Operations Leads, Product, Governance, and Legal teams on governance, safety, and regulatory matters.

We're looking for someone who has:

  • Designed, implemented, and maintained clinical governance frameworks within operational teams.

  • Ensured regulatory compliance, including CQC preparedness, inspection readiness, and responses to regulatory enquiries.
  • Collaborated with operational, clinical, and product teams to translate governance requirements into practical operational processes.
  • Worked with external clinical partners to maintain service quality and governance standards.

It's a bonus if you have:

  • Experience in digital or tech-enabled healthcare environments.
  • Familiarity with multiple clinical specialties, such as weight management, men's or women's health.
