We're looking for a clinically-minded, hands-on Senior Manager to lead the operational delivery of our NHS-funded assessment pathways. This is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring patients move smoothly and safely through ADHD or ASD assessments with Clinical Partners, with high-quality clinical coordination, effective communication, and robust management of escalations, incidents, and safeguarding.

- Oversee management of clinical and non-clinical escalations, including supporting complaints, safeguarding, data breaches, and incidents.
- Provide oversight and support for complex patient situations, ensuring appropriate clinical input and follow-up.
- Collaborate with Clinical and Governance teams to maintain compliance and learning from incidents.
Performance & Improvement
- Develop and track KPIs for pathway efficiency, quality, and patient experience.
- Use data and feedback to identify bottlenecks, risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Partner with Central Ops and Clinical Ops to improve forecasting, capacity planning, and workflow design.
People & Stakeholder Leadership
- Build relationships with NHS ICBs on the operations and delivery of assessments
- Line manage pathway supervisors and their teams, providing coaching, structure, and accountability.
- Foster a high-performance, learning-oriented culture that values patient care and data-driven decision-making.
- Represent NHS delivery in cross-functional forums, providing expertise on operational design and patient journey management.
