We are now seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Operative to join our growing team in the West Midlands.

Role Overview:

As a Warehouse Operative, you'll play a key role in ensuring that every item leaving our warehouse meets our quality standards. You will take ownership of stock organisation, quality control, and preparing outgoing orders — helping to maintain the smooth and efficient running of our warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspect and check stock quality before items are processed or sent out.
  • Organise, sort, and label stock into appropriate categories.
  • Prepare, pack, and dispatch customer or partner orders accurately and on time.
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and safe workspace at all times.
  • Assist with loading and unloading deliveries when required.
  • Track stock levels, record stock movements, and report any discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet productivity and quality targets.
  • Support general warehouse operations as needed.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Previous warehouse or stockroom experience is beneficial but not essential (training provided).
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
  • Reliable, punctual, and conscientious with a proactive approach.
  • Ability to handle items of varying sizes and weights safely.
  • Commitment to maintaining health and safety standards.

Desirable:

  • Experience in quality control or order fulfilment.
  • Forklift licence or experience with warehouse equipment (preferred but not required).
