UACB Education is growing quickly and we are recruiting a Sales Manager who can build and lead a high performing sales team. This person must know how to create energy on the floor, drive conversions and manage a team of fifteen advisors in a fast paced environment.

About the role

You will lead our full sales team and senior advisors. Your responsibility is to create a motivated sales culture where targets are clear, activity levels are high and every advisor performs at a strong standard. You will manage lead flow, ensure documentation accuracy and work closely with operations to push applications through quickly. Your goal is simple. High conversion, high performance and a team that works toward one shared outcome.

What you will do:


• Lead a team of around fifteen advisors with strong daily structure and clear expectations


• Maintain fast lead to application conversion through tight monitoring and coaching


• Create a sales culture that is active, competitive and focused on outcomes


• Run daily morning check ins, midday reviews and end of day performance reflections


• Ensure advisors collect correct documents and follow processes accurately


• Keep the sales floor energised so the team works with urgency and confidence


• Recruit and onboard new advisors as the team expands


• Deliver continuous coaching, call feedback and performance improvement plans


• Set targets, track KPIs and ensure accountability at individual and team level


• Support advisors with complex eligibility questions or difficult cases


• Work closely with operations and admin to keep the entire pipeline moving quickly


• Provide management with performance reports and recommendations

What we are looking for:


• Experience managing a large sales team in a fast paced environment


• Proven ability to motivate teams and push performance consistently


• Strong understanding of lead conversion, activity based selling and structured follow up


• Confident communicator who can lead from the front in an in office setting


• Able to coach, correct and develop people while maintaining high standards


• Skilled in creating a team culture built on energy, urgency and shared goals
