The Customer Care Support Operator plays a crucial role in ensuring seamless customer service by accurately processing materials and components for rework or replacement, coordinating with internal teams, and maintaining high-quality standards in all operations. This includes preparing, assembling, and dispatching products to meet quality standards and customer expectations. This role ensures timely and accurate handling of customer requests, supports continuous improvement initiatives, and upholds all health and safety procedures to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Receive and interperate work instructions from the Customer Care Team.
  • Prepare and process materials and components for rework or replacement.
  • Ensure all work is completed to the highest quality standards and in a timley manner.
  • Wrap and prepare items for despatch, ensuring accurate doctmentation and tracking.
  • Liaise with departments across the business to coordinate production priorities.
  • Maintain accurate records of completed work and report any issues or delays.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives within the Customer Care and Production Teams.
  • Adhere to all Health and Safety procedures.

Days: Monday to Friday

Hours: 8.30AM - 4.00PM

Salary: £12.77 per hour
