Job Purpose

Oxford International Digital Institute is looking for a B2B Marketing Executive to join our small, but mighty, marketing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is eager to make a meaningful contribution to the international education sector.

As B2B Marketing Executive, you'll develop and deliver high-impact marketing materials and campaigns, both online and offline, that support our strategic goals across global university, school, and agent partnerships. You'll play a key role in raising awareness of our innovative digital learning and assessment solutions, including our flagship English placement test, and supporting lead generation and partner engagement across the UK, Canada, US and Australia.

We're looking for someone who combines strong technical skills with creative thinking to deliver multi-channel campaigns, build brand presence, and support commercial success. You'll be confident managing digital tools and platforms, from email marketing and CRM systems to website content and analytics. Experience in education, international markets is highly desirable.

You'll collaborate closely with our global business development team, partner institutions, and internal stakeholders to create targeted marketing that supports business development and partner retention. You'll also contribute to content creation, campaign execution and reporting, and the continuous improvement of marketing efficiency.

Main duties and responsibilities

Collateral & content development

  • Support the OIDI Senior Marketing Manager with the development and delivery of high-quality B2B and B2B2C marketing materials and assets including factsheets, sales toolkits, presentations, landing pages, templates, and partner-specific collateral to support the work of our global sales and partnerships teams.
  • Maintain up-to-date and relevant content that is shared across different channels (including written versions and those stored on the marketing portal), ensuring a digital-first approach and one 'version of truth'.
  • Collate and manage topical ideas for content across stakeholders, ready to be briefed into OIDI Senior Marketing Manager for development.
  • Support the Social Media Marketing Manager, with engaging B2B content across relevant social media channels.
  • Support the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns targeted at institutional partners and decision-makers alongside OIDI Senior Marketing Manager.

Customer centricity, experience improvements and market research

  • Conduct market research to better understand the motivations, decision-making processes, and communication preferences of institutional buyers and education agents.
  • Use insights to support the Senior Marketing Manager with our mission to optimise user journeys, improve partner experience, and shape content and messaging strategies across the sales funnel.
  • Support Senior Marketing Manager to develop engaging case studies, across video and written mediums.

Email marketing & website management

  • Support Senior Marketing Manager in developing and executing segmented email marketing campaigns for institutional stakeholders, including agents and partners, to drive engagement, retention and lead conversion.
  • In collaboration with the HubSpot team and Senior Marketing Manager, develop campaign workflows, templates, content production, deployment, and performance reporting. Ensuring best practices in data hygiene, GDPR compliance, and marketing automation (experience with HubSpot is a plus).
  • Working with Senior Marketing Manager and Partnerships teams globally to develop and execute partner newsletters, increasing partner engagement.
  • Alongside Senior Marketing Manager, maintain content and optimise relevant B2B pages on our websites (WordPress experience is a plus).
  • Support Senior Marketing Manager in delivering reports for website and email performance.

Event support

  • With Senior Marketing Manager, support the delivery of event logistics in for the Global Business Development and Partnerships teams.
  • Work with stakeholders to track and maintain stock levels, ensuring a smooth delivery of event collateral and stock for events.
  • Coordinate aspects of event delivery: Work closely with BD leads to assess event needs and ensure all assets and materials are delivered on spec, on time, and within budget to support effective event activation and brand presence.

Stakeholder Management

  • Support the Senior Marketing Manager in coordinating internal stakeholder engagement, including planning meeting agendas, managing follow-up actions, and ensuring timely and consistent communication across Business Development, Partnerships, Marketing, and Senior Leadership teams. Help maintain alignment and momentum on key projects through clear planning and proactive support.
  • Working closely with Senior Marketing Manager to ensure smooth communications with internal and external stakeholders, being a key point of contact for marketing administration requests such as website updates, marketing portal support and marketing collateral distribution.

  • Eligibility to live and work in the UK;
  • Undergo an Enhanced DBS disclosure check or overseas equivalent.

  • Educated to degree level

Experience and knowledge

  • Proven hands-on experience in a marketing role with B2B focus
  • Development of collateral and sales materials
  • Strong eye for detail and design sensibility
  • Good understanding of GDPR and data compliance
  • Copywriting for professional and digital audiences
  • Running multi-channel campaigns, including online and offline
  • Website CMS (and SEO) content development
  • Experience using marketing automation platforms (HubSpot preferred)
  • Knowledge of the international education or edtech sector
