Your Impact
As a Regional Sales Leader, you'll set and execute the go-to-market strategy for your region. You will lead a team of motivated sales specialists responsible for identifying, developing, and closing complex technology solutions with enterprise customer in the Retail, Manufacturing and Logistics space.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead and inspire a team dedicated to achieving outstanding sales performance across large, strategic accounts. Your focus will be on supporting our customers, strengthening relationships, expanding Cisco's market presence, and ensuring the effective execution of sales strategies.

You Will

  • Lead, motivate, and develop a team of Account Executives to achieve sales targets and support customer missions
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed organisational goals
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the sales process, including strategic account planning, resource engagement, and sales cycle management
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, understanding and advocating for their priorities to drive business value
  • Ensure accuracy in weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecasting, pipeline development, and customer satisfaction

Minimum Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in technology sales, with a strong record of consistently exceeding targets
  • Direct leadership experience managing technology sales teams, including cross-functional collaboration. (Someone who is demonstrating they are ready to step up into a leadership role will also be considered).
  • Proven ability to develop and execute multi-year business strategies and account plans
  • Experience handling complex, accounts and engaging directly with senior decision-makers and C-level executives
  • Proven ability to run program demand generation events and partner motions.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling to Retail, Manufacturing & Logistics enterprise customers
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong understanding of how to translate technical concepts into measurable business value.
  • Demonstrated success collaborating across cross-functional teams and with stakeholders in both pre- and post-sales environments.
