About The Role
This role is to support with our rooms projects. The Rooms Project Technician is responsible for ensuring that the assigned hotel rooms are maintained in top condition. This role involves carrying out regular maintenance, repairs, and minor improvements in assigned guest rooms, ensuring a safe, comfortable, and well-functioning environment for guests. The Rooms Project Technician plays a critical role in maintaining the hotel's operational efficiency by promptly addressing any technical or maintenance issues that may arise within assigned guest rooms. They are key to ensuring the highest standards of service quality and guest satisfaction based on the rolling program maintenance. Practical skills such as grouting and silicone application would be considered an advantage. This role requires the ability to work independently with minimal supervision and to demonstrate consistency and drive in ensuring the timely completion of scheduled PPM programs.
