Duties
- Assist in daily duties with the Transport & Fleet Manager
- Contact maintenance providers for updates and bookings for all fleet vehicles
- Liaise with hire companies regarding any information needed on the up-keep of their vehicles
- Check daily, all vehicle defects have been completed and to correct standard
Requirements
- Proven office experience with strong organisational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications
- Excellent typing speed and data entry skills with high accuracy
- Strong communication skills, particularly in phone etiquette
- Previous clerical or administrative experience preferred
- Ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Good understanding of office procedures and organisational practices

Hours, Salary and Benefits
- Full time role (Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm, paid 37.5 hours per week)
- Salary: £26,000 per year
- Company pension
- 28 Days annual leave
