About the Role
As a Business Development Graduate, you'll own the full sales lifecycle from outreach to closing deals. Your work will make a tangible impact — and your performance will directly influence your career growth.
What You'll Be Doing
- Find New Opportunities
: Research, identify, and reach out to potential clients — from global banks to fintech innovators — through LinkedIn, Cold calls, emails, and industry events. - Connect & Engage:
Schedule and lead online meetings with key decision-makers to introduce Idenfo's products and explore partnership opportunities. - Understand & Solve
: Discover client needs, analyze challenges, and position Idenfo's RegTech solutions as the answer to real-world compliance issues. - Showcase Innovation
: Deliver engaging demos and presentations tailored to both technical and non-technical audiences. - Drive Growth
: Convert interest into partnerships, manage the sales pipeline, and contribute directly to company expansion. - Reflect & Improve:
Track performance metrics, gather insights, and continuously refine your sales and communication strategies.
Who We're Looking For
- A
recent graduate
(Bachelor's or Master's) — all degrees welcome, though Business, Finance, or Tech backgrounds are a plus. - A
strong communicator
who enjoys connecting with people and building relationships. - A self-starter with curiosity, confidence, and the
drive to achieve targets. - Someone who's tech-curious and
excited to learn
about RegTech, AI, and compliance solutions. - A team player who's adaptable, organized, and eager to learn fast in a fast-paced environment.
