Job Description
The Role

As an IT Operations Graduate, you will be responsible for providing technical support to users on-site and working remotely throughout the region. In a truly fast-paced environment, you'll be the in-office point of contact for our users on everything and anything technology related to IT.

With an environment that is predominantly cloud-based, this is a great opportunity to work with market-leading cloud technologies, ensuring users have access to what they need to do their jobs and helping them get the most out of their tech.

As part of 's #NextGen Graduate Program you'll work alongside experienced professionals, gaining hands-on experience and a comprehensive introduction to digital payments and technology. The program offers an extensive learning experience through technical training, professional development workshops, and direct access to industry experts. You'll be part of a global Early Careers, Graduate community, with regular networking events, mentoring opportunities, and social activities designed to build connections and accelerate your growth and leadership potential. By the end of the scheme, you'll be equipped with the knowledge, experience, and confidence to make a lasting impact at and beyond.

What You'll Do

How you'll make an impact

  • Provide customer-focused technical support to our local users on a mix of Mac & Windows devices.
  • Assist with the onboarding of new joiners, ensuring access and hardware are provided and hosting IT inductions.
  • Maintain office technology in partnership with our Workplace Experience team, including desk setups, conference rooms, WiFi, and digital signage.
  • Support and assist with events and the AV technology throughout the office.
  • Manage local inventory and IT stock levels, ensuring all items are recorded and tracked appropriately.
  • Research independently and find solutions to various application issues.
  • Act as a point of resource for everything technology.
  • Act as an escalation point for our IT Service Desk team.

What we're looking for

  • Recent Graduate: You have recently graduated or are in your final year of a degree and will be graduated by summer 2026 in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
  • A Passion for Technology: We're looking for an enthusiastic person with an interest in supporting both Apple OS and Windows devices.
  • Creative Problem-Solving Skills: A good attitude and willingness to learn and develop are essential.
  • Customer Service Mindset: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must.
  • Technical Curiosity: A basic knowledge of networking, servers, and databases is preferred, and knowledge of Cloud environments would be desirable.
