Edinburgh, Edinburgh, United Kingdom Burness Paull LLP Full time £40,000 - £70,000 per year
Knowledge & Development Paralegal | Corporate FinanceJoin our top-tier team as a Knowledge & Development Paralegal

Do you have a passion for legal knowledge, attention to detail, and the drive to support a forward-thinking team in a fast-paced environment?

We're looking for a Knowledge & Development Paralegal to join our Corporate practice in Edinburgh or Glasgow. As a valued part of our Knowledge & Development function, you'll support a wide range of legal training, knowledge management, and legal tech initiatives – all designed to keep our lawyers at the forefront of legal and market developments.

You'll play a key role in coordinating training sessions, developing and maintaining resources, supporting inductions, and maintaining our knowledge systems and tools. You'll also assist by monitoring legislative changes, case law, and industry updates, as well as reviewing and updating style corporate documents. With opportunities to get involved in testing new legal tech and working directly with various stakeholders across the firm and external providers, no two days will be the same.

You'll bring a strong academic background, along with excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and confidence in communicating clearly – both in writing and in person. You'll also be comfortable juggling multiple priorities and using a range of digital tools to support the team's work. Most importantly, you'll have a genuine interest in legal knowledge, training, and technology, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
