Residential Paralegals – Edinburgh/Glasgow Hybrid Working.

C£ £40k (DOE) + Excellent Benefits Packages.

We are currently partnering with several firms located Edinburgh and Glasgow who are actively seeking additional Residential Paralegal support.

Our clients range from large corporate firms to smaller provincial firms.

We are interested to hear from Paralegals who at least 2 year's experience of working within a team setting and can run your own caseload from conception to fruition. As well as demonstrating the ability to work on your own initiative, delivering a high level of client service delivery.

Key responsibilities:

  • Processing sales and purchases of residential property
  • Drafting, negotiating and implementing sale and purchase missives
  • Noting of title, settling transactions and client reporting
  • Being aware of AML procedures and compliance

Key skills and experience:

  • Previous experience of working on residential property transactions from conception to fruition is essential
  • Takes a pragmatic, pro-active and commercial approach to transactions
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Demonstrates understanding of client's needs, and tailors advice appropriately
  • Takes personal pride in their work and responsibilities
  • Works effectively with other team members
  • Has the ability to work calmly, even under pressure
  • Possesses strong IT skills
