Overview

We are seeking a talented and passionate Eyelash and Brow Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in eyelash extensions and customer service, with a flair for enhancing guest experiences through exceptional service. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to manage various tasks, including front desk responsibilities and social media management, to promote our services effectively.

Duties

  • Apply eyelash extensions and brow shaping services with precision and care, ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and greeting clients warmly.
  • Maintain a clean and organised workspace to uphold hygiene standards.
  • Engage in effective upselling of services and products to maximise revenue opportunities.
  • Handle guest inquiries with professionalism, providing exceptional customer service at all times.
  • Assist in social media management by creating engaging content to promote services and attract new clients.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a harmonious working environment that prioritises client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in eyelash extensions application and brow shaping is essential.
  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality and guest services.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Experience in management or supervisory roles is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with makeup application techniques is a plus.
  • Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
