Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic beautician to join our team while delivering exceptional client services. This dual-focused role combines leadership and hands-on client engagement with operational responsibilities, including packaging and management

As an eyelash technician, your primary role is to apply eyelash extensions to clients, enhancing their natural lashes' length, curl, and volume.

Responsibilities include consulting with clients to determine their desired look, selecting appropriate lash styles, and applying extensions using adhesive. You'll need to ensure the safety and comfort of clients throughout the application process, maintaining high standards of hygiene and sanitation.

Additionally, providing aftercare advice and scheduling follow-up appointments are essential for client satisfaction and retention. Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail are key for building rapport with clients and achieving optimal results.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: £14.00-£16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 per week

Experience:

• Eyelash extensions: 2 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

• NVQ Level 2 Beauty Therapy (preferred)
• Eyelash Extensions and Volume Extensions Diploma (required)
