Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and personable Eyelash Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for enhancing clients' natural beauty through expert eyelash extension application, alongside a strong background in customer service. Attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills are of upmost importance as it is key to building rapport with clients and achieving desired results.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to utilise your skills in a dynamic environment, providing personalised treatments and exceptional guest experiences. The successful applicant will be responsible for delivering high-quality eyelash services while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for clients.

Duties

• Apply eyelash extensions with precision, ensuring safety and client satisfaction
• Provide customised consultations to recommend suitable lash styles and treatments
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all treatment areas
• Manage appointment scheduling and client records efficiently
• Manage guest services by ensuring a welcoming environment and addressing client needs promptly
• Support management with organisational tasks, including inventory management and promotional activities

Requirements

• Eyelash Classic Extension Certification
• 1 year+ experience
• Eyelash Volume Extension Certification (preferred but not mandatory)

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: £13.00-£15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 – 24 per week
