We are looking for a proactive and business-focused Customer Account Executive to join our Grocery Division working with a leading recently acquired brand.

Your Role
As a Customer Account Executive, you'll be at the heart of our commercial strategy—developing and implementing business plans that drive growth through increased distribution, impactful promotional programmes, and strong customer relationships. You'll be the go-to expert for your categories, collaborating across Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Demand Planning to deliver results that matter.

What You'll Do

  • Support the execution of annual account plans to meet corporate objectives
  • Secure distribution and feature & display opportunities for our brands
  • Present, negotiate, and launch new products with confidence
  • Manage customer profitability and forecast accuracy
  • Drive monthly sales forecasts and promotional programme delivery
  • Maintain pricing structures and evaluate ROI of trade spend
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to close distribution gaps and deliver NPD plans
