Since launching in 2018 from our mum's bungalow, ARNE has grown rapidly. We've recently expanded our presence by partnering with Selfridges, both in-store and online and we're excited to be opening our first standalone retail store in August 2025.

Looking ahead, we have bold ambitions. Over the next decade, we're focused on growing internationally and strengthening our brand through new product categories, particularly in Footwear and Womenswear, as well as investment in Paid Media, CRM activity and continued creative development.

Our all-new, fully bespoke 36,000 sq ft HQ will be home for at least the next 5–10 years. While it's not in our nature to shout too loudly, our sights are firmly set on taking ARNE global and establishing ourselves as a truly iconic UK brand.

We're a small but mighty Design Team with big ambitions, and we're ready to grow. We're on the lookout for talented designers to join us. Whether you're at Designer or Senior Designer level, and whether your experience lies in Men's or Women's design, we'd love to hear from you.

About the role

Reporting to our Head of Design & Buying, and working closely with our Co-Founder, you will have creative flair and a keen eye for detail. If you are passionate about designing great quality, clean well fitted products and want to join us on our exciting journey please apply today

Requirements

What will you do?

• Support with the creative direction and design aesthetic for all product ranges alongside the Head of Design & Buying & Co-Founder.
• Continuously improve product quality ensuring customer satisfaction working with the Garment Tech & QC team.
• Develop new product ranges that align with the brand identity and market trends.
• Research and analyse current market trends, continuously improving designs to keep the brand relevant.
• Manage and develop the current Junior members of the team.
• Work closely with the logistics and wider product team to ensure products are delivered on time and on budget.
• Ensure effective communication and collaboration with the wider team and external manufactures for efficient product delivery.
• Any other ad hoc duties as required.

What will success look like?

• Bringing creativity with a commercial mindset. Including fresh and innovative design ideas while keeping the customer and market trends in mind.
• Working collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and can flex between different projects or categories with ease.

What we are looking for

• Previous experince as a Senior Designer within either Men's or Women's fashion
• Ability to design across multiple product categories
• Strong knowledge of garment construction, manufacturing techniques, and industry developments
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Experience managing a team
• In-depth knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and/or other design software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to work collaboratively with others.
