  • This is a predominantly office-based role, based in Central London, serving London and Cardiff therefore flexibility to travel nationally is essential. **

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver comprehensive technical training on conveyancing systems and processes with a particular focus on Shared Ownership and New Build transactions, utilising both in-person and virtual methods.
  • Facilitate the Group-wide new joiner welcome event and provide training for technical learning pathways and upskilling initiatives.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training accuracy and effectiveness, while also supporting the evaluation and continuous improvement of all delivered programs.
  • Develop engaging, learner-centric materials and assist in creating training plans for colleagues.
  • Coach and mentor Property Lawyers, contributing to their professional growth, and maintain training records within the learning management system.
  • Stay current with L&D trends to ensure the delivery of cutting-edge learning solutions.

Person Specification

  • A strong understanding of the Conveyancing process, with previous extensive experience managing a Conveyancing caseload.
  • Strong technical skills with extensive experience of managing complex files including Shared Ownership and New Build essential.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and creative, with the ability to present and facilitate engaging sessions.
  • A confident communicator who can effectively engage colleagues at all levels.
  • Proven ability to meet commitments under challenging timescales and competing priorities.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, and Excel).
  • Flexible and willing to travel nationally to various offices as needed.
  • A demonstrable passion for developing and motivating others, coupled with a desire for continuous improvement.
