Job Description

We're currently recruiting for a Stock Administrator to join our client based in Bedford. This is a temporary ongoing role with the potential to go permanent.

Hours: Monday – Friday, 09:00am – 17:30 hours
Pay Rate: £14.00 per hour

Role Responsibilities:

  • Managing stock records and maintaining accurate data

  • Using Excel to track and update information

  • Working with internal systems

  • Handling and resolving customer queries in a professional manner

  • Carrying out general administrative duties to support the team

Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous experience in stock control or administration

  • Confident using Excel and other Microsoft Office applications

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

  • Organised, proactive, and able to work well under pressure
