RESPONSIBILITIES

• You will be working within our Design team applying your creative flair to create design visuals, collaborate on campaigns and support the studio across a wide range of projects.
• Confident adapting designs to rollout across digital platforms with an attention to detail following specs and maintaining brand consistency across all channels.
• Creatively design in photoshop, build and roll out PowerPoint/Google slide presentations.
• To work with and be comfortable handling large photoshop files with multiple layers.
• Confident handling multiple briefs, balancing work on several projects at a time while meeting deadlines and staying within budget.
• Communicate productively with Client Services and Management to keep them up-to-date with project milestones.
• Be proactive and use initiative to solve design problems and seek effective and efficient new ways of working through staying up-to-date with industry and consumer trends.
• Work with our Creative Strategist to design and deliver internal agency marketing campaigns, highlighting our great work throughout the year.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

• Junior level with around 2 years of industry experience.
• A good knowledge of Adobe creative suite - Photoshop, illustrator & Indesign.
• Confident designing with limited assets with an eye for Typography and Page Layouts which can be built into beautiful powerpoint presentations and pitch decks.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and can work efficiently under deadlines, balancing several projects at a time.
• Must have a strong sense of self-motivation and initiative, and be able to work well as part of a team.

NICE TO HAVE

• An interest in AI and a desire to learn more
• Entertainment industry experience is preferred but not essential
• A genuine and infectious passion for movies (a love of TV, gaming and popular culture a bonus)
