Following rapid growth across Life Sciences, we're now looking for a
fluent German, French, Spanish, or Dutch-speaking Delivery Consultant
to join our London team.

This is a
180 recruitment role
, partnering with one of our highest performers to support their success in the Life Sciences market. Your focus will be on sourcing and placing top talent —
no cold business development required.

What You'll Be Doing

As a 180 Delivery Consultant, you will:

  • Work closely with a top-billing consultant to deliver solutions to established, high-profile clients in Life Sciences.
  • Interview and screen candidates to assess suitability for specific roles.
  • Manage candidates throughout the full hiring cycle — from initial outreach to offer acceptance.
  • Build long-lasting relationships and maintain strong engagement throughout the process.
  • Champion an exceptional candidate experience at every touchpoint.

What We're Looking For

No recruitment experience? No problem — full training is provided. To succeed in this role, you must:

  • Be fluent in
    either German, French, Spanish, or Dutch

    , with strong verbal and written communication skills.
