**About the role**:
This is a target-driven opportunity with progression and incentives obtainable from the moment you pick up the phone in your first week From day 1 you receive interactive, fun and supportive training, designed to take you from being a recruitment novice to a pro in no time. **The role will include**:

- Harnessing social media to identify talent
- Generating leads and market information
- Managing the whole 180 recruitment process
