We're a heritage country pub in the picturesque Warwickshire village of Lowsonford, on the banks of the Stratford Canal. Known for our famous pies, seasonal menus and warm, genuine service, we're proud to be one of the area's most loved pubs.

We're now looking for a Front of House Supervisor to join our management team and help us deliver exceptional guest experiences every day.

The Role

As Front of House Supervisor, you'll take a leading role in the day-to-day running of the pub — ensuring smooth service, happy guests and a motivated team.

You'll work closely with our management and kitchen teams to maintain our high standards and the welcoming, relaxed atmosphere The Fleur is known for.

You will:

  • Lead front of house during busy shifts, ensuring great service and teamwork.
  • Handle daily opening and closing duties, including cashing up.
  • Support the management team and deputise when needed.
  • Train, motivate and inspire the team to deliver confident, friendly service.
  • Deal with guest feedback positively and professionally.
  • Maintain strong communication between kitchen and front of house.
  • Ensure high standards of cleanliness, health & safety, and food hygiene.
  • Support with stock control and supplier orders.
  • Help drive sales, improve service standards, and deliver great results.

We're looking for someone who:

  • Has previous hospitality or supervisory experience (bar, restaurant or pub).
  • Is passionate about great food, drink and genuine hospitality.
  • Leads by example with energy, confidence and professionalism.
  • Communicates clearly and stays calm under pressure.
  • Has a great eye for detail and takes pride in presentation.
  • Can commute independently (no public transport or live-in accommodation).
