Essential skills:

  • Must be polite, outgoing and friendly.

  • Great attention to detail and thoroughness.

  • Driven to deliver an excellent customer experience.

  • Previous experience in customer facing roles is preferred but not essential.

  • Experience in Leading a Team is preferred but not essential.

  • Previous Experience using social media to help drive sales is preferred but not essential.

Duties include:

  • Opening & Closing the business to a high standard.

  • Running the day to day trade of the business and leading a team on shift.

  • Maintaining conditions of axes and target boards.

  • Taking bookings over the phone and via email.

  • Welcoming and assisting customers.

  • Monitoring and interacting with games in person.

  • Serving, maintaining, and replenishing bar stock.

  • Driving sales including return custom and upsell.

  • Delivering consistently excellent customer experiences.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From £12.50 per hour
