£14.00 per hour plus £150 induction bonus

Are you an experienced carer ready to lead a team in a warm and supportive dementia care environment?

We're growing our dedicated team at Pinnacle Care in Rugby and are looking for an experienced and compassionate Team Leader to join us. You'll oversee daily care within our dementia care home, supporting residents to live fulfilling, meaningful lives while guiding and mentoring your colleagues to deliver exceptional care.

Your role will involve supervising the care team each shift, ensuring residents receive dignified and effective support, promoting choice and independence, keeping accurate records, and maintaining strong communication throughout the home. You'll also act as the senior contact for staff, residents, and families during your shifts.

Pay and hours: £14.00 per hour, £150 bonus following successful induction, full-time or part-time permanent position with paid breaks and paid training provided.

We're looking for someone with a Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care (or currently working towards it) and at least one year of supervisory or senior care experience. You'll be confident, caring, and professional, with the ability to lead by example. Proof of right to work in the UK is required, and while a driving licence is helpful, it's not essential. Sponsorship is not available for this role.
