We have an great opportunity for a Partnerships Manager to join our Land and Planning team on a permanent ba

**sis.

Duties will inc**

  • lude:

Work alongside colleagues in Land, Planning, Technical, Commercial and Sales departments to advise on affordable housing in the design of site layouts, land viability studies and the planning and acquisition of land; embedding at concept stage to optimise project re
- turns.Preparing and tendering the sale of units across the regional operating area working in conjunction with agents and consultants to achieve the highest commercial returns for the bus
- iness.Coordinating the construction process for the client, ensuring the specification is followed on site and working closely with construction colleagues throughout the course of the build through to handover and b
- eyond.Chairing meetings with colleagues, Registered Providers, their agents and external agencies on affordable housing representing the regional bus
- iness.Forging strong partnerships with regional and national Registered Providers and for profit inve
- stors.Working meticulously with solicitors on contracts and all legal matters relating to the sale of the affordable housing pre and post con
- tract.Preparation of reports and viability asses
