Job Title: Team Manager - Occupational Therapist
Location: Solihull
Pay Rate: £34.22–£44.73 per hour

Job Description:

Liquid Personnel is recruiting a Team Manager on behalf of its client for an Occupational Therapist role. The ideal candidate will have experience in social care and management and will lead a multi-disciplinary OT team based in Solihull.

Team Includes:
Community, Duty, Housing, and Children's OTs
Supported By:
3 Assistant Team Managers
Reports To:
Head of Service (also an OT)

What will your responsibilities be?

  • Operational team management
  • Oversight of assessments, adaptations, and equipment
  • Staff supervision and service development
  • Partnership working and safeguarding

Qualifications & Experience:

To be successful in this role you must have, 

  • HCPC registered and actively maintaining CPD
  • Minimum 2 years post-qualification experience
  • Experience in a local authority setting preferred
  • Strong clinical reasoning and leadership skills
  • Based in Islington, with travel for community visits
