Head of Brand and Communications
to shape how Proactis is perceived by employees, customers, partners, and the market.
What You'll Do
As our Head of Brand and Communications, you'll define how Proactis shows up — across channels, markets, and people. You'll balance strategic vision with creative execution, and influence with delivery.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead
the development and delivery of an integrated brand and communications strategy aligned to company goals. - Define, evolve
, and
embed
brand positioning, identity, and guidelines across all functions. - Build
and
articulate
a distinctive brand voice that positions Proactis as a Source-to-Pay leader. - Own
external communications, including PR, media relations, thought leadership, and brand storytelling to grow reputation and share of voice. - Drive
internal communications to connect employees to strategy, purpose, and culture. - Provide creative direction for campaigns, events, and digital/print assets, ensuring high-quality, on-brand execution.
- Manage
,
mentor
, and
develop
the Creative Designer and Content Executive while contributing personally to strategic content. - Partner with the VP Marketing and Executive team to shape narratives and external representation.
- Oversee
agency relationships to ensure cost-effective, high-quality delivery. - Set and track KPIs for internal and external communications tied to business impact.
- Champion innovation in brand storytelling, testing new platforms and formats to reach new audiences.
You'll report to the
VP of Marketing
and work closely across different teams (Product, Marketing, Sales, etc) to make our brand an engine for growth. You'll also manage the content executive as well as relations with external agencies (PR, Content designer).
What We're Looking For
We want a modern brand leader — strategic, creative, and confident in shaping a company's story inside and out.
- 5+ years leading brand and communications in B2B or SaaS environments
- A track record of
building brands that employees believe in and markets remember - Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Experience managing creative and content teams, as well as agencies
- Comfortable moving between strategy and hands-on execution
- Analytical and data-driven, with a focus on measurable outcomes
- Collaborative, low-ego, and curious
