We are expanding and are looking for a Senior Physiotherapist with management experience to lead our newest clinic in Bath, due to open March 2026. If you're ambitious, collaborative, and passionate about delivering exceptional patient care, this could be the perfect role for you.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Physiotherapist who enjoys both clinical work and leadership. You will manage a thriving clinic with two treatment rooms, oversee clinical standards, and support the development and performance of your team.

You will also carry your own patient caseload, ensuring you stay connected to clinical practice and referral pathways.

Flexibility is essential - our location operates 7 days a week, and we aim to maximise clinic availability with the right team.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Leading and managing the clinic to deliver outstanding clinical and operational performance
  • Supporting and mentoring clinicians through regular team engagement and structured development sessions

Ensuring exceptional clinical standards aligned with our business plan and company values

  • Managing your own caseload and delivering evidence-based treatment
  • Recruiting and developing your team as the clinic grows
  • Driving business development, patient engagement, and local networking
  • Contributing to the wider Clinical Leadership Team
  • Shaping the clinic's culture, success, and long-term growth
  • Benefiting from a profit share incentive, rewarding your commitment and impact

What We're Looking For

  • HCPC and CSP registered Physiotherapist with at least 5 years experience
  • Significant post-graduate experience, including Senior-level clinical work
  • Previous clinic management or leadership experience
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to lead, inspire, and support a team
  • Highly organised with excellent time management
  • Confident working within an MDT and supporting complex cases
  • Business development and networking experience (desirable)
  • Strength & Conditioning or Sports Science qualification (desirable)
  • Positive, proactive attitude with a commitment to high standards and continuous learning

Additional Information

  • DBS Status Update, HCPC, and CSP registration will be required before starting. We are unable to offer sponsorship for this role
