Three Valleys Health Primary Care Network is a group of 9 general practices covering circa 68k patients living in rural and semi-rural North-East Somerset and within easy commuting distance of Bath and Bristol.

**Main duties of the job**

The post holder will work at an advanced clinical practice level as an autonomous practitioner. A part of this may be day to day managing of the FCP service within the primary care team of a Primary Care Network. But you will be supported by a Senior Clinical Physiotherapist who will be setting the direction of travel across B&NES.

The post holder will demonstrate outcomes/achievement of key results for the FCP contract.

The post holder will have strong relationships with local clinical specialists within the field of primary care and advanced MSK practice. A significant element of this will be to ensure maintenance of strong advanced clinical practice skills, clinical governance and clinical support

BEMS is a not-for-profit Community Mutual Provider, whose members include local GPs and practices as well as staff and patients. It supplies NHS services that are free to all Bath & North East Somerset Patients.
