1. Support Worker - The Laurel & Dean Park

2. Support Worker - Revell Close & The Lanterns - Females & UK Qualified Drivers Only

You will be providing safe, person-centred support to the people we care for, helping them live full and independent lives. What we're looking for:

  • A compassionate and reliable female applicant (this role is restricted to women under the Equality Act 2010, Schedule 9, Part 1).
  • A confident driver who is comfortable supporting people out in the community.
  • No previous experience is required – full training will be provided.

About the role:

  • Providing day-to-day support to individuals to help them live independently.
  • Supporting with daily activities such as shopping, appointments, leisure activities, and personal care.
  • Driving is an essential part of this role – you will need to hold a full UK driving licence and be able to drive a company bus to transport passengers, or the people we support's own vehicles when required.
  • Shifts may include days, evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.

Pay: £12.25 per hour
