Location: Swindon

Contract: Days 45 hours/Nights 36 hours per week

Salary: £ £12.65 per hour

This role is subject to a DBS check, which will be provided by Prosperity Care & Wellbeing.

About the Role:

We are currently seeking a compassionate, resilient, and dedicated Support Workers to join our team in Swindon, providing one-to-one care and support to individuals with a range of complex needs.

The people we support may have a diagnosis of learning disabilities, autism, complex needs, and behaviours that challenge. Some individuals may be non-verbal or have limited communication, require mobility assistance including wheelchair use, and need support with personal care and daily living tasks. Others may have specific support requirements such as PEG feeding, epilepsy management, or respiratory conditions.

This role requires a calm, patient, and intuitive approach, with the ability to communicate effectively using both verbal and non-verbal strategies. You'll play a key role in creating a structured, safe, and nurturing environment that promotes independence, dignity, and quality of life.

Full specialist training will be provided, and while experience with complex needs or challenging behaviours is beneficial, it is not essential
