You will build strong relationships with your colleagues and community health and social care professionals. With a natural ability and initiative to lead and motivate others, you will work closely with the home managers, supporting the day-to-day supervision of staff and overseeing the care provided.

About Dell Rose Court:

Dell Rose Court is a housing with care scheme in Norwich, where we provide care and support to tenants who live in their own flat under a tenancy agreement with Broadland Housing.

We also want you to demonstrate previous experience in a similar role, such as in care, supported housing, or health settings.
