What you'll do:

  • Lead the strategy and day-to-day management of Sally Europe's social media channels across multiple markets.
  • Grow engaged communities across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and YouTube.
  • Create scroll-stopping content and campaigns that drive engagement, growth, and brand love.
  • Partner with creative and marketing teams to deliver best-in-class social campaigns.
  • Track performance, test new ideas, and turn insights into action.
  • Manage and mentor a small, talented team and oversee agency partners.

What we're looking for:

  • Proven experience managing social media for a medium or large-scale brand.
  • Confident across paid and organic social.
  • Data-driven with a creative spark analysing performance and brainstorming new ideas.
  • Great communicator who loves collaborating and motivating others.
  • Passion for beauty, style, and trends; you live and breathe social
