Reports to: Account Director

Experience: 6-24 months in social media (agency, label, or artist management preferred)

About the Agency

A full-service social and creative agency working at the intersection of
music and culture
, helping artists, brands, festivals, and labels grow engaged online communities through storytelling and culture-led creativity.

The team lives and breathes music - from dance and indie to alt-pop - and believes great social isn't about selling, but about building genuine connections between fans and the brands they love.

The Role

We're looking for a
passionate, detail-driven Social Media Specialist
to help deliver best-in-class social content for some of the biggest names in UK and international music.

You'll work as part of a collaborative "pod" structure alongside a Senior Social Media Specialist, Account Director, and Strategist - planning, creating, and publishing content that truly engages audiences and grows communities.

This is a fantastic opportunity to flex your creativity, develop your strategic skills, and take real ownership of projects within a fast-paced but supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Write engaging, on-brand captions that connect with audiences.
  • Spot and pitch culturally relevant and platform-specific trends.
  • Take partial strategic ownership of client accounts, including ideation, planning, briefing, and analysis with strategist support.
  • Manage posting, tagging, and community engagement across social platforms.
  • Track and report on content performance, surfacing actionable insights.
  • Ensure all content aligns with platform best practices, tone of voice, and formatting guidelines.
  • Support senior team members with client comms and feedback rounds.

About You

You'll thrive in this role if you:

  • Are immersed in
    music culture
  • from artists and scenes to fan communities.
  • Live and breathe social media, with a strong grasp of TikTok, Instagram, and emerging platforms.
  • Are proactive, organised, and able to juggle multiple projects without sacrificing quality.
  • Love writing and curation - and know how to tailor tone and content to different audiences.
  • Are collaborative, curious, and eager to learn from strategists and creatives.
  • Have a sharp eye for visual consistency and attention to detail.
  • Excel in a fast-paced, creative environment and enjoy bringing big ideas to life.
